We have set out to provide quality wood-fired pizzas across rural communities. Our passion for Italian food pushed us to build our first mobile oven in July 2021, with hopefully many more to come. The name Totos comes from the nickname our daughter was given as a baby, luckily she is a pizza lover herself and is very proud to have her name written all over a pizza trailer!
